Hello, I’m Carolina. I’m an experience strategist with nearly 20 years of experience working across UX, product, and engineering.
My work focuses on experience strategy, insight, and decision-making in large and complex organizations. I help teams and leaders understand where experience truly breaks down, how it impacts outcomes, and what to prioritize next—by combining quantitative UX data with qualitative insight and strong contextual understanding.
Today, I focus on building and enabling teams that operate with digital experience insights at scale. I’m particularly passionate about making experience data credible and actionable at leadership level, so behavioral signals and user evidence consistently inform strategy, planning, and execution.
As a mentor, I engage in strategic and pragmatic discussions across UX, product, and engineering—especially around experience strategy, integrating quant and qual insights, scaling UX as an organizational capability, influencing leadership, and translating insight into measurable impact.
As a mentee, I’m focused on continuing to grow as a leader and strategist, and learning from others who have successfully embedded experience and data into how large organizations make decisions.
