About Carolina Sipán

Sr. Program Manager at Autodesk

Hey! I'm Carolina, a Senior Program Manager with almost 20 years of hands-on experience in corporate environments like Autodesk and HP, where I've built global enablement programs, facilitated 40+ workshops, and helped hundreds of sales and customer success professionals grow their skills and confidence. But here's what really drives me: I genuinely believe that the right guidance at the right moment can completely change someone's trajectory. I've seen it happen. That's why I'm here. Most of my career has been spent working directly with sales teams. I know how competitive, fast-paced and high-pressure those environments can be, and I know what it actually takes to grow and be seen in them. Whether you're a sales professional looking to develop your skills, a program or project manager trying to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes, or someone in enablement or L&D trying to build something meaningful. I've lived all of those worlds. I can help you with: Developing soft skills that actually move the needle in your career Building stakeholder relationships and communicating with impact, including with senior leadership Designing learning programs or enablement initiatives that people actually engage with Figuring out your next career move when you feel stuck or undervalued

I won't give you a script. I'll help you find your own answers. My approach is honest, direct, and human. I ask good questions, I listen deeply, and I'll tell you what I genuinely think. If any of this resonates, let's talk.
