Working cross-functionally

I drove design quality strategy for the Advertiser Experiences & Platforms practice, which owns key advertiser journeys and maintains the core platform, standards, frameworks, governance and foundational quality for Meta’s primary business tool, Ads Manager. I led a team of 13, including ICs and people managers.

I advised clients on all aspects of content strategy, including content audits, competitor analysis, information architecture, governance, brand and style guidelines, road maps and content processes.

I developed and edited content for a PropTech startup blog. I built and led a team of 16 freelance writers focused on creating blog posts, eBooks and white papers.

I progressed from an SEO content manager to Senior Creative Director of content, where I led the content practice that spanned web, UX, SEO, email, social media, store, video and brand. I brought siloed teams together to work as one, established strategies and standards for our work and developed team members.
