Driving the end-to-end design process for 2 new web-based tools that use machine learning to reduce time that Finance and Account Managers spend on building pricing strategies.

Enhance existing software and expand access to new markets through strategic design updates of user flows, dashboards, and data visualizations. Delivered and launched 9 enhancements in the first six months.

Contributed to new client acquisition by designing a leadership training program feature that launched in early 2025. Collaborated with founders to ideate concepts, create task flows, high-fidelity prototypes, and design systems enhancements.

Played a key role in launching the iOS / Android mobile task-tracking app by building a scalable design system in Figma, optimizing information architecture, and refining user flows.
