I lead UK product teams at Smartsheet, building out their platform - audit, backend platform, integrations and automations. I think of myself as an enterprise software leader who takes messy and makes it beautiful! 🌱 I'm also a coach, helping new leaders find their way. Here on ADPList, I mentor product managers from those early in their PM career, through to those in leadership roles. I've managed product, design and engineering, so I also mentor those in lateral roles.
