Hello! I'm a Service Designer from Canada, but recently relocated to the UK.
I have an educational background in interior design and design strategy and have planned physical spaces and improved omni-channel services in the government and financial services sector.
I am passionate about bringing together communities of professionals. I have been involved with planning events for the Service Design Book Club, CanUX Conference, and Data Visualization Society.
