I currently lead business-critical platform capabilities at Intuit and manage a global team of designers.

I'm passionate about coaching and helping designers regardless of their experience level. I can particularly add value coaching on the following: Growing skill sets, managing through change in the work space, conflict resolution, growing as a thought and team leader.
