As the VP of Product Marketing at Dext, I drive global go-to-market strategy and activation for our suite of AI-driven technology products, serving over 12,000 accounting firms and 700,000 business customers worldwide. I am responsible for market definition, go-to-market planning, strategic product positioning, and shaping product strategy through insightful customer and market intelligence.

My role includes orchestrating all product releases, and ensuring seamless alignment between product, sales, and marketing teams. I also focus on sales and marketing performance, equipping our teams with the tools and knowledge needed to effectively promote and sell our solutions.

I regularly fill interim/fractional and hands-on advisory roles in both early-stage and large-scale technology companies. I've supported the C-Level teams of angel, VC and Private Equity backed businesses through launches, growth drives, pivots, major investment rounds and IPO preparation while continuing to work with large-scale global/listed businesses.

Bite was a global communications and integrated marketing agency. The agency merged with Text 100 in 2019 and formed one agency called Archetype.  As part of the Next 15 Group, I supported Bite's transition to an integrated marketing and communications business, while delivering work for many of the world's most ambitious technology brands.

Now part of Next 15 (Twogether) following a successful exit.

I was co-founder, Chief Strategy Officer, and then CEO at Next 15 agency, BiteDA. 

For 10+ years, from a standing start, I co-built and led this top B2B agency that served many of the world's largest technology brands, an admirable list of start-ups and scale-ups and Next 15's leading global agencies. We worked across four continents, delivering work in 25+ languages, with team members in Glasgow, London, New York and San Francisco. In 2009, we were the first digital-native business to be acquired by Next 15.

BD Network is one of the UK's most awarded multi-disciplined communications agencies with over 20 years of experience delivering market-leading campaigns in the UK and across the world. Our team supported global digital strategies for the world's biggest drinks, FMCG and tourism brands, and massive scale digital campaigns across web, mobile and experiential. 

Clients included Coca-cola, Orange (EE), Edrington, eBay, PayPal, Bacardi, VisitScotland, and Arla Foods.

Short-term role after relocating from Canada to the UK, with one of Scotland's first and biggest digital agencies. Managed creative, media and digital accounts including Investec, Invesco Perpetual, Pinsent Masons and Schroders Asset Management.

Marketing Analyst: Part of a new 200 person business unit that partnered with Mark Andreesen's Netscape team to deliver SaaS software applications for the Canadian SMB market. 

Program Manager: Worked with a cross-functional team to deliver Siebel e-commerce, CRM and call-center automation projects. 

Account Manager: Inside sales and account management for business internet and telephony products and services.
