My previous work consisted of a) Building and launching the Amazon-Rivian Electric Delivery Van (EDV), setting a benchmark for last mile electrification across the industry b) The Amazon seller data analytics tool, where I tripled the T4WAU count within 3 months and expanded its use to 5 business units, b) The messaging service on the Cart page, where I implemented a new ML based tool that increased revenue by $100M, and c) A customer service platform that is used on 95% of seller sites, which I optimized to reduce average site latency by ~10%. Prior to Amazon, I developed the product strategy for several white space B2C and B2B vehicles, while managing a team of engineers.
