At CyberQP, I lead design for core security products including our password manager, Just-in-Time account creation, and emergency access workflows. 

My work spans from shaping the product’s first-time experience and Chrome extension UX to simplifying policy management and improving technician workflows through data-driven design.

Key areas of focus:
- Designing extensible systems for secure credential access
- Leading UX for our browser extension and policy engine
- Rethinking onboarding to drive discovery, activation and adoption
- Bridging design and engineering to scale UI patterns and systems
- Running discovery, user interviews, and experimentation to ship value early alongside product managers and engineering teams

As part of ShareGate's platform team, I am working on cross-product navigation, license and user account management. Recently, my focus is designing for partner experience.

My process involves defining clear KPIs to track and evaluate design success, ensuring continuous improvement and user satisfaction.

In addition, I actively contribute to and lead select initiatives within the Orbit design system to maintain consistent, scalable solutions across ShareGate’s product suite.

Facilitate product development by researching, conceiving, and designing for digital products in BlackBerry portfolio.

Things I am learning everyday as part of work:
- Simplifying cyber security, Designing for data intense applications, XDR, Threat detection and response, Accessibility and working with legacy systems.

Collaborated and designed alongside Product Managers, UX, and UI designers to improve customer acquisition and retention rate for Automobile and Lottery Industries.

Design and supported development of Inventory Management Application (Web and Native App) covering multiple personas to allow warehouses to track inventory parts status, notify and order parts with suppliers. 

Leveraging ADA, AODA, and WCAG standards, I established best practices and introduced improvements that enhanced usability across a range of digital products. Throughout these projects, I championed inclusive design solutions, emphasizing both functionality and accessibility.

Researched and designed solutions to improve NLP (natural language processing) applications for a Contract Management Suite, dTrax. The outcome helped improve text annotation, document training, and review process. 

Led design efforts in building an on-prem design system that improved design
consistency and helped to collaborate with the front-end team to optimize the design-development cycle.

Carried out research to understand the entire customer lifecycle to improve content discovery and consumption for the Cineplex Store.

Strategized and designed multi-screen experience for the Cineplex Store using Sketch and Invision Studio.

Designed and assisted development of Slicer web application-compatible with 3D printers to achieve wireless slicing and print.

Collaborated with stakeholders and advisors in conducting a pilot study for a new product.

-FabX 3D printer: Conducted usability tests and recommended design modifications
-Slicer web application: Designed and collaborated with dev team for three release cycles of the product.
-Website: Continuously monitored visitor behaviour and collaborated with business teams to plan and execute strategic decisions.
