Responsible for product strategy and user experience for product development group of MLBAM. Projects included:

• Led the requirement definition and design of the first web-based MLB.TV media player (winner, 2009 Adobe Max Award in Entertainment).
• Led design and development of MLB toolbars for Google Chrome and Safari 5 (Safari toolbar presented during the Safari, Internet and Web State of the Union at the Apple 2010 WWDC).
• Product requirements and redesign/enhancements to MLB.com, Club sites, and special events sites (AtBat/Gameday, stats sections, homepage widgets, new-player draft, World Baseball Classic app, etc.).
• Strategy and UI for both modular Twitter app and post-game Twitter visualization.

Oversaw the user experience of internal- and external-facing Global Wealth Management web sites and applications. Worked with clients on a project-by-project basis to understand and refine their strategies and develop functionality and user interfaces that meet their goals and strengthen the citi brand. Acted as a resource for projects and teams by providing technical and/or design assistance or knowledge during concept and execution phases, also provided relevant information from other ongoing or previous projects. Lead in the creation of GWM user interface standards and guidelines.

Provided product and project management, art direction, brand direction, information architecture, interaction and visual design services for CodeStreet products and external consulting engagements. Responsibilities included designing, developing and / or overseeing the development of comprehensive information architectures (page wireframes, use cases, site maps, and intuitive user-interfaces); gathering requirements by conducting interviews and mock-up reviews; creating mockups, site style guides, and final artwork; and developing HTML- and Flash-based applications and prototypes.

Led the design and development of a third-party business intelligence tool’s interface customization that became the Bank’s standard.

Managed multidisciplinary teams that provided art direction, brand direction, and design and information architecture services to clients in various industries. Developed and / or oversaw comprehensive information architectures; conducted usability testing; gathered requirements; created mockups, site style guides, and final artwork.
• Led the development of a web-based clinical trial application prototype and pilot for a major pharmaceutical client.
• Directed the development of creative assets and information architecture services for several product international marketing teams intranet sites and web-based process tools.

Provided art direction, brand direction, design and information architecture services to several clients. Our team at Viant was group-hired by Razorfish in February of 2003.
• Developed Flash interface for a major design organization’s 2001 conference (as well as its redesign in 2002). Designed and prototyped a user interface for an interactive Java applet to run at the conference.
• Conceived, designed, and illustrated an innovative, Flash-based savings application for a financial publishing interest of a major media and entertainment company. Project tasks included extending the client’s online brand; designing and developing a non-threatening, game-like interface; and creating the final artwork for the application.
• Designed and developed a money-market trading platform prototype for a major financial client. The interface for this project combined an innovative graphic display of available securities with a heatmap-based calendar, live market-data feed, portfolio management tools and structured instant messaging.
