Working cross-functionally

I lead global product management for Missionforce at Salesforce, driving secure cloud platforms and cutting-edge agentic AI across global geographies. Because I manage a large team of product managers across different time zones, my primary focus is on human capital—actively coaching and upskilling our Group PMs and Directors.

Let’s talk about:
Global Teams: Leading and aligning geographically distributed product orgs.

The Executive Shift: Transitioning from feature execution to macro strategy and culture.

Enterprise B2B & AI: Strategy for highly secure, complex, and modern tech landscapes.

People-First Leadership: Building executive presence, managing team dynamics, and avoiding burnout.

I returned to Microsoft to lead the M365 product division in India. As a Principal PM Manager, I managed a large team of product managers, spearheaded internal PM upskilling initiatives, and actively shaped talent by serving on hiring committees and driving core DEI initiatives.

Let’s talk about:

Team Upskilling: Scaling product craft and capability across an entire organization.

Hiring & Calibration: Inside insights on what hiring committees look for in senior talent.

Inclusive Leadership: Championing DEI initiatives and building high-impact, balanced teams.

I led a massive, matrixed cross-functional team of 60+ people across product, engineering, marketing, and sales to deliver business-critical FinTech products. Beyond roadmapping, I built the Service Management division from scratch, designing operational flows and OLAs that radically boosted customer satisfaction.

Let’s talk about:

Matrix Management: How to lead large, diverse teams (60+) across multiple business functions.

Operational Excellence: Building service frameworks and OLAs to scale product retention.

FinTech Growth: Navigating product strategy and sales execution in complex financial tech spaces.

I founded and bootstrapped an e-commerce subscription startup delivering hands-on learning kits for kids, scaling it to ~1,200 paying subscribers in 6 months. I handled everything from supply chain to growth marketing, earning recognition from the Bangalore startup community and Outlook magazine.

Let’s talk about:

Zero-to-One Growth: How to validate an idea and build a subscription business from scratch.

The Founder Mindset: Wearing every single hat and managing the early-stage startup pressure.

Scrappy Marketing: Building partner programs and growth loops with limited resources.

This was my foundational career stint where I transitioned from a Software Engineer into Product Management. Over 11 years in Redmond, I built software at a global scale across Dynamics CRM, Office, and Windows, learning the core craft of product discovery and cross-functional execution.

Let’s talk about:

The PM Transition: How to successfully move from engineering into product management.

Big Tech Fundamentals: Mastering product discovery and roadmapping at a global scale.

Building Grit: Developing the core professional values needed to thrive in a major Silicon Valley giant.
