Dove into an adaptive standardized testing study platform design and later, another project with GenAI and Multimodal AI product features. Focused on creating experiences grounded in learning science data demonstrating UX principles and methodologies in practice. Worked cross-functionally with UX researchers, instructional designers, product strategists, and developers supporting global user needs and speculative market fit.

• Led the end-to-end design for digital products, ensuring alignment with business goals and usability.
• Defined intuitive information architecture and created user flows, wireframes, and complex multi-variable mode prototypes in Figma.
• Redefined key features and navigation on TestReady, a platform that helps international students prepare for the TOEFL exam through personalized study guides, pacing plans, and practice tests.
• Built interaction design foundations for 2 new modules in SkillScope, an innovative EdTech suite designed to assess durable skills beyond traditional subjects like math and science, aimed at preparing higher education students for their careers. This project had not yet launched in its intended scale due to ongoing marketing efforts.
• Collaborated with developers in agile environments to ensure designs adhered to technical and accessibility standards.
• Mentored junior designers and facilitated design-thinking workshops to drive innovation.

Transformed customer and business objectives into product design solutions that have purpose, simplicity, and are feasible to build. Inspired systems thinking across over 13,000 in-network shelters/rescues accounts with bias for action and customer focus which resulted in cutting steps in the e-commerce donation workflow by 50%. Led design process from beginning to end on each project I had. Scaled wish list creation to at least 200% while maintaining consistency to unite Chewy Gives Back with Chewy's flagship design system. Influenced stakeholders and executive leadership during design discovery, iterations, and final decisions.

• Innovated shelters/rescues internal portal within Chewy platform aimed at helping them create more targeted wish lists, marketing, and being able to visualize donation data.
• Re-defined some systems of user workflows using research data that enabled organizations to create, post, and scale profiles, wish lists, and lists of adoptable pets to create awareness and encourage donations and adoptions.
• Collaborated with product managers, developers, content strategists, user researchers, other designers, and executive leaders in relevant steps while improving process to be more lean by 25%.

Led and mentored 80% of company's designers in design strategies and screen execution within cross-functional teams when consulting clients on creation and improvements in multi-platform digital products. Exercised 100% of company design-embedded client strategies and introduced more. Managed conflicting inputs to make the best decision for client and project outcomes. Balanced multi-tasking in team leadership and execution on several projects and clients simultaneously. Facilitated discovery sessions within vastly different domains. Planned, coordinated, implemented, and synthesized generative and evaluative research. Crafted workflows, prototypes, and iteration presentations into high-fidelity polished UI. Produced UI screens and workflows, with a particular sensitivity to interaction design, within cross-functional product teams for clients who wanted to create new digital products. Built design practice with my director and interviewed/hired designers of all levels to increase design representation to roughly 1:10 designers to developers. Partnered and paired with developers to form awareness of tech stacks, development possibilities, and engineering prioritization. Learned end-to-end product design processes on teams for small and large-scale projects leading to new customer adoption rates to as high as 55%. Participated in discovery sessions. Increased user and usability research use on teams by 75%.

• Normalized practice of interaction design in UI, information architecture, usability research and synthesis, ideation workshops, journey maps, wireframe interactive prototypes, and pairing with engineers based on contexts, product maturity, and subject matter expertise.
• Utilized best practices in prototyping, visual design, and interaction design for user adoption to inform design decisions, resulting in a 75% increase in user research use and a 55% increase in multi-designer teams.

Crafted user experiences driven by problems I found from 35% market data and 65% generative research alongside user researchers and product managers. Contributed and shaped new use cases 2x faster for the Salesforce design system (Fuel) in the Marketing Cloud by having a more nimble position as an intern. Practiced engaging with customers, inspiring teams, sketching ideas, and ensuring flawless implementation.

• Collaborated with product designers of all levels, researchers, product managers, and engineers to produce design deliverables and prototype solutions at various levels of fidelity to move product forward.
• Produced component toolkit consistent with the Fuel UX design system to provide designers with new consistent UI controls for the platform.
• Updated outdated workflows with new design system standards while balancing UX for current users co-mingled with users from acquired platform.

• Designed, created, made layouts, and implemented company monthly e-newsletters about Healthcare CRM in HTML5
• Created landing page designs for hc1.com resources/subscriptions and made hero banners for the customer-facing website destinations
• Developed data sheet and one-pager layouts, designs, and templates for mass company use
• Made recruitment flyers, handouts, and banners, along with Beckman Coulter partnership ad, booth sign, and logo
• Made co-branding and company program logos (5) for use on hc1.com and co-branding marketing materials

• Increased awareness of job opportunity in the interdisciplinary nature of technology and design campus-wide, particularly towards the woman and minority students, via individual and professional mentoring meetings and events
• Teamed up to develop the inaugural year of the annual “CEWiT Summit” conference with the Center, created marketing materials and provided student outreach
• Aided in the usability testing and the site map organization of the new website and accompanying sites for events
• Taught free HTML/CSS workshop classes for students in the center
