I am a mixed methods UX researcher with a background in social science. I have 3 years of industry user research experience and 7 years of experience conducting research, teaching, and mentoring in an academic setting. I use both quantitative (e.g., survey, computational social science methods) and qualitative methods (e.g., IDIs, dairy studies, qualitative usability testing) in my research. I am passionate about understanding user needs, motivations, and behaviors through research and translating human insights into improved user and customer experiences.
