- Navigating U.S. Immigration (25 min): Understanding the U.S. immigration system can be complex, especially for individuals seeking work, residency, or citizenship. This session will provide an overview of key immigration pathways, including work visas (such as H-1B, O-1, and EB-1), green card options, and naturalization processes. Though it is the best to consult an immigration lawyer for this matter, but I will provide as much as I could to give you at least a basic knowledge of work based visa.
