I have spent most of my career on User Experience (UX). My skillset includes formal usability testing, focus groups, sitemaps, rapid prototyping, GUI specs, user documentation, wireframes, and heuristics. I also have 7 years of Sharepoint front-end Admin support with skills for inter/intranet design, master page development, site construction, information architecture, troubleshooting, training and support. I live and breathe user experience and I am always looking for ways to improve something.
