Hi, I am an interdisciplinary designer experienced different projects. I’ve worked closely with clients from retail, charities, public sectors, finance and start-ups. I am an experienced designer to work across end-to-end user experience design. My speciality is working across user research, synthesis, wireframe, and prototyping to final deliverables. My background is in service design and user experience. I am passionate about how implementing user-centred design for services and products. My role includes delivering the design, consulting the client with her expertise to improve their customer experience, and developing new opportunities for the business. I also guide clients and stakeholders and provides business value from a user design perceptive as an experienced professional. I've adapted to different challenges and played different key roles based on project needs to ensure delivering a successful design. I support clients to meet both their business values and customers’ needs.
