Reaching over 6 million customers on KBZPay less than 2 years and facilitating 2.2 Trillion MMK in peer-to-peer transfer in 2020- world's fastest growing mobile wallet and customer onboarding with facial recognition
Launched the first real-time other bank transfer products in both mobile banking platform by managing cross-functional team to meet timeline and manage remittance pricing game in the industry
Managed payment and transfer products including bulk payment to develop new features and plan existing features to improve 
Exposure in electronic banking platforms including API, Host-to-Host and SWIFT and familiarization with the various regulatory and guidelines requirements of channels product
Wrote user stories, product roadmap and product documentation in a granular format to communicate with engineering and design team and deliver products

Witnessed a need in the market for an app for women safety and developed an app for the safety of woman. Cofounded with two other female leaders of their respective field.
• Oversaw and managed the creation and development of the app
• Managed strategy, pricing models and financing for app. Created the GTM launch
• Entered several competition to receive funding and to raise awareness
• Finalist for Innovative Justice Accelerator 
• Received offer and donated final version of app to Akhaya women organisation

A month long program about conflict studies and international affairs. 24 Caux Scholars from 20 different countries to gather to share experience in conflict transformation, racism and honest dialogue. Scholars participate in conferences and classroom discussion.

The Center provides reading resources, referrals, networking opportunities, and programs concerning the wide range of issues women of all ages, races, religions, abilities, and lifestyles confront on a daily basis.
•	Hold events and programs on campus to make awareness about gender violence, women empowerment and other community development
•	Meet weekly with center staff with scheduling of variety of programs attended by up to 20 people
•	Successfully established 3 events into inaugural events 
•	Created a set of materials to implement the center’s first ever formal orientation for new members and staff
