Hi, I’m Chong! With 9+ years of UX design experience and a passion for creating meaningful user experiences, I’ve worked on everything from food discovery apps to e-commerce platforms and management tools. Along the way, I’ve led workshops and collaborated with cross-functional teams. Recently, I started my PhD studies in human-computer interaction, exploring models, frameworks, and theories that shape how we build and interact with technology.
