•	Led team of data scientists and analysts to understand user requirements, identify actionable data insights, support project objectives, and develop automation/efficiency services aligning to the drive business solutions

-  Worked closely with cell phone manufactures to develop software to conform to Sprint’s standards.
-  Developed procedures and software to increase of efficiency and savings of $2500/month for the Sprint retail store. 
-  Created and launched a secondary “off-line” ticketing system for phone repairs to use when the primary system went down.  This was adopted nationwide in November 2006.

Coached a team of 15 representatives to reach company-set and personal goals and metrics.  This led to my team consistently performing in the top 5% across all centers.
Used problem solving skills to resolve customer concerns to increase customer satisfaction and retention while maintaining a favorable $8 cost-per-contact.
Developed a quality and coaching platform that was launched nationwide in August of 2004.
