I'm a content nerd at heart. Content strategist, content designer, UX writer, technical writer, and instructional designer, I've held nearly all product-related content roles in the software industry. A certified 5 Moments of Need Designer, I've applied those learnings to help break down content silos, unifying publishing tools and content management systems to create friction-free content for my teams and our customers. I've worked in other capacities too: release and team management, marketing and social engagement, and on collaborative standards and efforts (including brand terminology, style guides, and design systems). Also, I'm getting pretty handy at using AI to solve content-related challenges, including job searching!
