My background has been talking on challenging projects at scale, and learning process and new technology along the way, starting as an individual developer, then moving to a team lead developer, and later moving to upper management but keeping close to leadership and scalability aspects. I enjoy moving between high level strategy and getting down to the nuts and bolts when necessary, all in a collaborative team environment.
