Hey, I’m Chris - a Senior Product Designer at Ford Credit.
I spend most of my time working on complex financial products where UX isn’t just about nice UI, it’s about helping people understand decisions, build trust, and navigate real constraints.
I tend to work quite methodically, so my mentoring isn’t about quick wins or surface-level feedback. I’ll help you slow things down, think properly about the problem, and build a stronger approach to your work.
I usually support people with: Turning messy projects into solid case studies Understanding what “good UX thinking” actually looks like. Getting unstuck when something just isn’t clicking. Talking through real problems together, not just reviewing screens.
