I’m a Creative Director with over 17 years of experience in design, marketing, and brand strategy, but more importantly, I’m a mentor who is passionate about helping creatives find confidence, clarity, and fulfillment in their careers.
Navigating the business world as a creative can be frustrating, isolating, and at times, exhausting. My goal is to help you develop the skills and mindset to not only survive but thrive—whether that’s advocating for your ideas, leading with empathy, or finding a sense of agency in environments that often feel out of your control.
I believe that creatives should be more than just executors of other people’s ideas—we are problem solvers, innovators, and storytellers. I want to help you stay inspired, avoid burnout, and see yourself as a strategic partner rather than a ticket taker. Through mentorship, I aim to equip creatives with the tools to navigate stakeholder relationships, set boundaries, and maintain the spark that drew them to this field in the first place.
