Temper is redefining the labor market, empowering independent professionals with unmatched flexibility and the freedom to work anytime, anywhere, at their chosen rate.

As a Senior Product Designer, I’ve had the opportunity to work across all squads, shaping the initial understanding and UX strategy for critical areas like Onboarding, Finding & Matching, Invoicing, and Checkout & Pay. My role involves close collaboration through workshops and new operational initiatives that enhance team efficiency and productivity. I maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders and played a key role in hiring designers and PMs to ensure our team continues to thrive.

I joined Ogilvy’s Digital Production Unit (DPU) in 2016 as a Senior Digital Designer, and through intense teamwork and dedication, we established ourselves as the MENA region’s Center of Excellence (CoE).

As Lead Experience Designer, I spearheaded Human-Centered design initiatives, collaborating with international clients to develop and enhance services and products. My role spanned from pitching ideas to leading the execution, experimentation, and iteration of projects. We achieved significant successes, including an 80% increase in new business in 2020 and tripling the team size in two years. By adopting Design Thinking, we built shared understandings with clients, defined problems, conducted workshops, and delivered impactful, innovative design solutions.

Clients: IBM, Nestlé, Johnson & Johnson, United Nations, American Express, Starbucks, Abbott, Expo 2020, Al-Futtaim Group, Dove, Pfizer, Huawei, Warner Brothers, Vodafone, Virgin Mobile, Lexus, Honda, Volkswagen, Abu Dhabi Tourism, Qatar’s Ministry of Transportation, and Abu Dhabi Department of Community Development.

Foodtech marketplace that ended with a 6 figure exit.

I began my teaching journey by revitalizing the Digital Media Bachelor Program at USEK’s School of Art, aligning it with industry standards to nurture Lebanon’s next generation of UX talent.

As an instructor, I taught six courses annually, focusing on UX/UI skills and an empathy-driven approach to design. My achievements include raising the program’s employment rate from 34% to 100% among graduates, integrating Agile storytelling into ideation and prototyping, and developing an iterative framework to continuously optimize course offerings to meet evolving market needs.
