• Research and mapping (data gathering, qualitative and quantitative analysis, workshop sessions, user tests and user interviews)

• Product discovery & ideation (benchmarking, mapping, A/B testing strategy)

• UX/UI Design (user flows, wireframes, high fidelity prototypes, CRO, presentation) 

• Subito’s Design system maintenance and continuous evolution
