Senior UX Consultant at UX&I
I’m a senior UX Consultant with a background in Human Factors and a strong foundation in psychology and human–machine interaction. I primarily support clients developing B2B software, with a focus on strategic UX and process design in complex enterprise environments.
Currently, I’m especially invested in the UX of AI systems—helping teams make emerging technologies usable, trustworthy, and aligned with human needs. This includes designing transparent interactions, supporting appropriate user trust, and bridging the gap between algorithmic complexity and user understanding.
In parallel, I work on integrating user-centered practices into scaled agile frameworks like SAFe, ensuring that product decisions are grounded in real user needs—even in large, fast-moving organizations.
