I have been advocating design research and facilitation as a way to help clients and colleagues build new innovations, experiences & processes within the organisation and their people. Combining the use of ethnographic methods, facilitation and strategic design practices to foster human-centered innovation.

A collaboration with Studio Akademi to explore and assist their ongoing brand projects and internal processes. Branching from strategy to UX while learning all aspects of their business and developing ways of working effectively by means of reflection.

Together with Mentimeter I explored new ways of combining quantitative and qualitative data to deliver new insights on the product onboarding and overall customer journey. Building a framework to bring behavioral archetypes that will inform  design and product decision with focus on inclusion and empathy.

At Telia, my main assignments included project management, production planning and marketing administration for the in-house department. SPOC with agencies and assisting Telias departments with counseling in communication, design and marketing outage. Together with our designers and copywriters I supported with design, facilitation and management of our visual brand guidelines across the company.

Marketing and Communication Manager at general agent Nordfarm Maskin AB. Responsible for forming and maintaining marketing plan, advertising implementation and Public Relations. Comprehensive budget responsibility for all marketing and content outage for Nordfarms social and digital channels and other activities such as events, product communication and sponsorships with dealers and stakeholders.

Involved in all of the marketing departments daily work. Strategy and planning of upcoming shows and implementation and production of material for these.
