• Development of visual creative direction and digital creative guidelines to ensure consistent design across multiple touchpoints.

• Actively monitor industry trends and technology advancement in the digital marketing space to maintain competitive edge and stay in tune with cultural relevancy.

• Oversee end-to-end digital creative production lifecycle - project planning, managing deliverables, timelines, feedback loop, asset distribution and measurement.

 • Facilitate ideation sessions with the Digital Team (Content Marketing, Digital Marketing and Web Experience Team) to brainstorm new campaigns and digital marketing efforts.

 • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, external vendors and internal stakeholders to maintain a consistent brand messaging.
