I'm leading my brilliant fully remote Food Photography App team of developers, AI specialists, designers, and marketing. 

Food Photography App is a mobile solution that cut 90% of food and grocery photography costs for food tech companies like UberEats, Deliveroo, Delivery Hero, Foodpanda, etc. The app is freemium and has few subscription options, available on Android and iOS. - I'm responsible for implementing a Deezer Marketing strategy for the Russian market. 
- Launched Social media and Artist marketing programs in Russia, agreed with artists, managers and label
- Develop GTM strategy for global product rollouts for the local market 
- Implement local Product Marketing campaigns and localize Global activities in all channels - ASO, User Acquisition (performance campaigns), CRM campaigns, Artist Marketing, SMM and PR
- Work closely with local and international teams on a long term activation of partnerships and local rollout of global B2C partnerships

- Implemented VP's media digital transformation in 3 languages for 7 platforms and 200 earned media, build the cross-functional Super Media Team of 10 content makers from scratch
