I build the systems that help teams move with clarity! I translate complex projects and creative workflows into momentum, making impact and progress easier to scale. Currently, I lead production efforts and vendor partnerships that drive IP strategy across League and VALORANT. Previously, I launched internal programming and community engagement initiatives within Riot's Tech Department - designing experiences that amplified Rioter voices, deepened cross-team connection, and fostered a culture of learning and inclusion.

Led Hack Week, our quarterly internal innovation program for 2,000+ Technology team members. Conduit between team members, senior leaders, external business partners, and internal stakeholders.

Provided top-notch support for C-Suite and D&I teams. Collaborated with several business areas on D&I related initiatives including a pronoun feature, gender-inclusive menstruation products, and more. Effectively organized company-wide events and created communications for executive leadership.

• Ideated and implemented partnership with Aunt Flow, a woman-owned company, in first two months of internship – bringing gender-inclusive menstruation products to Rocket Companies’ downtown Detroit offices in 2019, launched in Q1 2021.

• Partnered with Sift, our online workplace directory, to implement a pronoun feature to highlight our commitment to DEI strategies, launched in 2020.
