Experience/service design leader at Art Center College of Design
Hi there, I am a seasoned human-centered design, research and futures specialist who uses foresight, mixed research methods across digital and analog platforms and cultural understanding to explore complex questions that lead to the development of strategic design solutions.
In my years of global experience, I have helped Fortune 500 brands, government agencies and non-profit groups align vision, strategy and implementation to address changing future dynamics. I explore deep insight in user experience, behaviors and need, emerging technology and brand challenges to highlight the gaps in product, service and process solutions that lead to organizational success.
I have strong experience in capacity building within organizations. I was a founding team member of the Advanced Portfolio Exploration Group at General Motors, the Center for Innovation at Mayo Clinic and most recently, Cigna's Innovation Center of Excellence. Within all organizations, community based health and sustainability efforts have been a focus.
I have also been a faculty member at Art Center College of Design and the University of Utah's Eccles School of business where I lectured on user experience and contributed to the creation of a novel executive and student collaborative Certificate for Digital Innovation.
I currently head up a small consultancy focused on social justice and equity challenges and I work with Ascension on building better system-wide solutions in healthcare.
“We had a session for portfolio review. She shared some of her works and gave me invaluable insights on it. I am going to revamp my portfolio according to her feedback. I believe that it will make my portfolio standout. Thank you so much.”
“This was my first meeting with Christine and it was great! She helped me understand what's working, and what needs improvement, and her feedback was both professional and insightful. Looking forward to talk to her soon!”
