I am currently working rolling out consulting and research services for AI risk and emerging tech.

Originally hired on the agency side to be a fractional director of marketing but came on full-time to begin building a brand new marketing department, brand, and website for this established leader in the learning tools space.

Contracted as a creative director and production lead over all accounts. Supporting executive team with agency strategy and managing a team of contract creatives and in-house resources to support our growing client list.

Collaborated with the founders to design compositions of their flagship apparel product. Designed and project-managed the development of the e-commerce store and website. Created a line of t-shirt designs and social assets to support ad campaigns.

Initially hired as a contract creative director to support a single client, was offered a full-time leadership role at the agency after three months.

Attracted largest client with over $500K in billings for Fractional CMO, branding, marketing support.

Led Creative, Graphic Design, Copy, Editing, Email, Social, Video Production, IT, Interior Design, General Operations, and outside vendors.

The agency was formed initially as a consultancy, so a great deal of my time has been supporting the principal’s transition from fractional marketing support to an agency model with a strategy overlay across a diverse set of industries and clients.

Notable Project: Developed the design and strategy for the first MIT / Maiden Labs
report on user research for Central Bank Digital Currency (CBDC) funded by Citi
Ventures, Google, Paypal.

Responsible for Creative, Lead Generation, Events, PR, Graphic Design, Copy, Editing, Email, Social, Video Production, IT, and general operations. Also a leadership team member to direct the trajectory of marketing and creative.

Growth marketing attributes: led a team of 6 to support growth marketing and sales with website updates, funnel development leading to 100 MQLs/ day, email design and development to a growing list of 10k subs, and all with $0 ad-spend.

Clients include: Shinola, Allbirds, Warby Parker, Dyne, Outerknown, Uppababy, Outdoor Voices, Black Diamond, Stio, Chubbies, Kith, Parachute Home, Todd Snyder, Tuft & Needle, and others.

Hired as a contract Creative Director, Designer, and Marketer to help support seed stage funding that led to a $24 million unicorn series A.

Acted as a key producer of content across digital, video, print, and VR, focusing primarily on two major clients: Pinewood Forrest and FSU Film School.
Pinewood Forrest needed help promoting this artisan community and asked Vista for support in strategy, brand, web, photography, video, social media, and events. 

FSU Film School's campaign increased its visibility as a top school for film-making and storytelling because of its connection to Barry Jenkins, the Director of the Best Picture 'Moonlight'. As a result of our efforts, FSU jumped several spots on Hollywood Reporter's top schools for filmmaking and entered the Top 20 list of film schools on thewrap.com.

As the UX/UI Director for the first product lifecycle management cloud based app designed by designers, I was responsible for creating the 2.0 version of the app. This meant documenting, performing competitive analysis, user studies, creating user flows, IA, UI, UX, and determining which features meant most to end users and investors. Ultimately the design direction changed, but it was a sincere pleasure working on the project and laying the groundwork for future iterations of the app.

Working for the fastest growing marketing firm in the annuity and life insurance industry was an amazing experience. I led a team of graphic designers, videographers, web developers, copywriters, and outside vendors to bring everything from five star events to agency websites from concept to reality.

The Impact Partnership, LLC is a key distribution partner for 13 of the Top Life Insurance and Annuity companies in the US.

Responsible for creating and maintaining corporate brand identity, advertising, and marketing materials for financial advisors. Consult customers, contribute to design aspect of business outlook, and re-brand affiliated partners / customers according to their needs. Also responsible for front-end design of advisor websites.

Administrative duties include leading both design and web teams in new initiatives for the company including internal campaigns and advisor support.
