VP of User Experience at Pittsburgh Technical Institute
Respected Design Leader of AI, Voice, Reality, and UX who aims to not only bridge the tech and human communication gaps but genuinely accentuate these entire immersive experiences as a whole. To date, I have an extensive 15 year background involving the intricacies of high-performing team leadership/unification, full-scale organizational design, and strategic UX optimization, and enjoy leveraging that dynamicity on human/computer relations to help businesses achieve new levels of scalable growth.
Prior to Microsoft, I worked with various startups and companies like Audi, and Indeed, and the more recent one being Home Depot. While gaining experience working on AI, voice, and customer strategy projects, I also had the opportunity to network closely with Home Depot c-level leadership to help expand the brand and concurrently did so while coaching/mentoring others worldwide, supporting the UX community in Austin, and leading the Friends Of Figma - Austin group.
As a Design Manager and Leader, I enjoy helping organizations accentuate their design objectives from the ground up by blending human strategy with emotional connection and guiding them towards creating sustainable solutions that are conversationally engaging and impactful to the end-user. Overall, I love being able to connect the digital world with the human one, collaborating with people FOR people, and every effort that I do within this ever-evolving field rests on one cornerstone notion: my passion for both seeing and helping others succeed.
