Chris is a trained Newfield ontological coach under the International Coaching Federation. He started his career as a professional architect and eventually joined a local polytechnic as a design educator. He enjoys teaching, facilitating and coaching which helps learners discover, learn and grow. As a coach he believes that every individual should have the opportunity to reach their full potential and coaching provides such a mechanism. Combining his passion for coaching and his experiences in design, he has also been involved in coaching numerous project teams in design and innovation for various industry partners. He is currently a Senior Lecturer.
