On Deck Design (ODD) is a continuous community for experienced designers who want to accelerate their careers and become confident leaders through professional development and access to a trusted network of peers.

Art Direction, brand and marketing designs.

I lead a multidisciplinary team of Product and Brand Designers which are responsible for Product Design, Design Research, Brand and Marketing Designs for Big Cabal Media, our Brands (TechCabal, Zikoko, Cabal Creative, TC Insights) and our clients.

I was responsible for Art direction, UI designs, Rich Media creatives, AR Instagram filter designs and marketing designs for a cross section of clients with output utilised across social media channels, Google Display Network and other online platforms.

I was responsible for Art direction, UX research, UI designs and graphic designs for a cross section of of multinational clients with output utilized across social media channels, Digital billboards and online platforms.

My role involved training Art Directors on design principles, design thinking and design execution in the areas of Graphic design, Art Direction, Communication design, Brand Identity Design and UX/UI Design as well as managing the visual communication of the Oxygen Academy brand.

I was trained and gained proficiency in Trauma Radiography, Theatre Radiography, Post operative Radiography, Ward Radiography as well as Radiography in ICU and Burns Units using aseptic techniques. 

I was also the Chief Intern Radiographer for the 2016/2017 Internship Session, and as such maintained a roster for the Interns and IT students as well as supervised the IT student's works as well.

Working with some startups, brands and advertising agencies I designed different materials for social, web, print, advertising and branding. I also facilitated some online sessions on Art Direction.

Post creative content on our notice board, manage our social media handles, design and supervise the printing of our publicity and promotional materials. Contribute creative ideas during programme and project planning. Manage the public relations of the church
