Hi, I’m Cihan. I’m a civil engineer and senior project leader with nearly two decades of experience in large-scale construction projects, digital transformation, and project management. Over the years, I’ve led multidisciplinary teams on motorway, railway, and hospital PPP projects, working closely with international lenders, government agencies, and technical partners to deliver complex projects end-to-end.

I’m also trained in coaching through the Adler approach, which has shaped the way I lead teams and mentor individuals. I use a coach-like, people-centric management style that helps large teams navigate uncertainty, grow their capabilities, and communicate more effectively. This mindset guides both my project leadership and the way I support mentees.

Today, I run Art of Management, where I mentor professionals and help companies strengthen their project management, digital transformation, and organizational processes. I combine real-world field experience with modern leadership, planning, and systems-thinking approaches.
