From spearheading the redesign of an edtech app used by millions in 13 countries to crafting seamless user experiences for a health powerhouse, I've seen it all.

• Overcoming creative block (45 min): In this mentorship session, I will tackle the common yet challenging issue of creative block, providing you with practical strategies to overcome it. We'll explore techniques to reignite your creativity, such as engaging in design sprints, seeking inspiration from diverse sources, and embracing the iterative process. By the end of this session, you'll be equipped with a toolkit of methods to push through creative block and consistently produce inspired, high-quality designs.
• Working as a Sole Designer (45 min): In this mentorship session, I will focus on equipping you with the essential skills and strategies needed to thrive as the sole designer in a team. Being the only designer can be both challenging and rewarding, requiring you to wear multiple hats and often lead the design process independently. I'll discuss how to effectively communicate your design vision to non-design stakeholders, prioritize tasks to manage your workload efficiently, and advocate for user-centered design practices. You'll learn how to leverage collaboration tools to streamline your workflow and build strong relationships with your team members. By the end of this session, you'll have the confidence and tools to navigate your unique role, ensuring that you can deliver high-quality designs that meet both user needs and business goals.
