Hello! I'm a content designer / UX writer with 8 years of experience. Most recently, I worked at OKX focusing on its support center, chatbot, self-service tools, and agent dashboard.

Before this, I was at Zendesk, working on its chat, messaging, and Agent Workspace product. I've also been in agency and healthcare startup roles.

I feel the happiest when I can apply my skills to improve products that make people's life better (or at least easier). Also, I'm now ready to share whatever knowledge and experience I've gathered along the way to help people move into this role or navigate the early years of their careers.
