Hi, I'm Claire, I have 20 years of experience in Sales and Account Management working for various Tech companies (Google, Microsoft, video game company, a startup in AI...). Having always been interested in ways to improve my team's collaboration and my colleague's happiness, I decided to study Organizational Development and am finishing a Graduate degree in that field. As part of this change of career, I recently changed roles to be in charge of Operations and Employee Experience. I'd love to be a mentor on either Biz Dev / Sales, studying part time while working full time in your forties, or change of careers, and to be a mentee on lots of other topics if the time allows (but I will prioritize being a mentor :) )
