Managed the idea design process using the design thinking process. Understanding phase: creating business canvas model. Discovering phase: Secondary and Primary research and Define phase: findings, insights and recommendations to drive the development phase of the idea. 

🇲🇽INDAUTOSOFT (http://www.indautosoft.com.mx) - Monterrey, Mexico 
Leading the research roadmap of the app. Analyzing market research in the Mexican education sector (competitors, & trends) Understanding user experience running usability tests and different qualitative and quantitative research methods. The project continues to run. 

🇲🇽OCHOUNO (https://ochouno.com) - Monterrey, Mexico 
Leading the beauty app investigation, using the Lean Canvas to drive the project, exploring the beauty Mexican market,  running usability tests to understand and built the journey map experience. Delivered recommendation report to contribute to the "go to the market" strategy.

- Project in conjunction with Maynooth University.
Conducting a usability test for people over the '50s, were possible to appreciate their navigation through the platform, understanding their pain points and expectations. The solution was to redesign the platform based on UX principles, customer journey to create new information architecture and content.

- Project in conjunction with Maynooth University.
Using the Design Thinking process and different research methods were possible to understand user needs and pain points, identifying the high drop-off in the app. The solution was to redesign the app, bringing new features more accurate with user expectations that helped to improve their interaction with the app and the brand.

Managing in-depth ethnographic research, interviewing users to understand their pain points and opinions about the product. The solution was to analyze the data collected and create new features for the product in order for the user to adopt the product easily.

- Trained new member's staff, answered their queries, and supported the team. Ensured they learned the guideline of the store and offered excellent customer service, as well as building a harmonious atmosphere at work.
- Offered a high standard of customer service by being empathetical with the customer, understanding their journey and needs, made them feel valued. Resulting in returning and loyal customers.
- Managed under pressure situations in a fast-paced environment by being resourceful, organised, and remained calm, overcoming the difficulties competently.

- Supported the UX team, conducted user interviews, crafted "personas" and journeys maps, resulting in human insights that helped guide the application design. 
- Identified and solved customer problems through the design thinking process, bringing the most appropriate solution for the strategical campaign or digital product.   
- Analyzed the buyer journey, ensuring that the brand is at the forefront throughout the customer’s journey making their experience unique and memorable.   
- Presented design research findings to the broader team, by using the keynote tool, in a clear, organised and easy to understand manner.

- Carried out market research, competition, and customer surveys to identify the most significant potential growth areas to guide the concept of the strategical advertising campaign. 
- Involved in the managing of a 12-week digital reality show called "Son 5" for Canesten (Bayer), curated content and connecting celebrities with the audience, increased 80% customer engagement.  
- Involved in the managing of a campaign "Mission D-MAX 4X4 Chevrolet", curated the video capsules' content, which gained over 500.000 views on youtube, 248.000 Facebook interactions, and 65.400 twitter interactions (#MisionDmax4x4).

- Achieved the first organically ranked position on 'LG Electronics' web page on the search engine. 
- Improved the content strategy of the digital ecosystem of LG electronics (SEO, SEM, Landing Pages, Blogs, E-mailing) continuously based on Google analytics insights
- Created e-mail marketing strategies using a segmented database to personalise the communication resulting in high open rates.

- Managed the communication campaign of the launch of the movie Toy Story 3 in Colombia, which reached record success at the box office. 
- Supported the team of the “Homecenter” retail brand,  Involved in the organisation of TV commercial filming and logistics of the main annual event of the brand, coordinated suppliers, and creative team. 
- Executed the prominent annual promotion carried out by Chevron Texaco in fuels for the LATAM market, achieving more than 12 million users of the promotion throughout the region.
