MVP Factory in Berlin is on a mission to reinvent digital consulting.
We help organizations execute their digital transformation at start-up speed by combining our expertise from entrepreneurship, product design, consulting, and engineering with lean and agile processes and high-performing, scalable delivery teams.
As a Product Designer, I'm responsible for the end-to-end development of digital products, from conception to launch.

The d.mba is a mba program specifically geared towards design professionals that I took back in 2020. I really got a lot out of the course, and enjoy working with them on their content, articles, calls, and anything else that might need a bit of writing.

For the d.mba, I’m responsible for:

• Interviewing fellow d.mba alumni about their current challenges and how they overcame them using business design and other techniques learned from their d.mba degree.
• Proofreading and helping write course content on various business-design-related concepts.
• Facilitating alumni calls and Q&A Sessions.

My main tasks are as follows:

•Responsible for setting up and moderating workshops and training sessions together with cross-functional teams on persona creation, journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and usability testing for digital products in various international companies within the innogy Group.
•Facilitate and organize Design Sprints using the Design Sprint 2.0 Model, and also acts as the UX Designer who quickly prototypes the team’s solutions and oversees their testing on customers.
•Oversee the set-up and execution of User Research initiatives, including A/B tests, usability testing, surveys, field research, user interviews, and card sorting.
•Enable, steer, and oversee the delivery of MVPs via digital agencies (internal & external) from a UX point of a view.
