Pragmatic Thinking is a behaviour and motivation strategy company. Having previously worked here as an experience designer and strategist, I have come back to lead the consulting arm of the business. While I'd gained a lot of experience in digital product design and strategy, I was excited to take the next step in delivering wider scale business strategy for enterprise level clients.

* Advancing business strategy for enterprise clients with a focus on human-centred outcomes, building on previous experience as an Experience Strategist at Pragmatic Thinking.

After 8 months of joining the business as a strategic design specialist, I was promoted into this role to build and manage the creative team at Orange Digital. As a key member of the executive leadership team, I gained experience in running a profitable and high performing design department, agency-wide operations, and strategic account management and sales, and was the Product Manager for all of our major app and platform builds.

* Developed and implemented a methodology across the business that leverages design thinking methodologies to collaboratively solve business problems and co-design solutions with our clients. 
* Created a unique framework for discovery, ideation, and prototyping workshops, with a focus on stakeholder and change management to engage wider business teams and drive innovative thinking.
* Developed and implemented a cross-functional product management framework, aligning design thinking methodologies with agile product development.
* Led the product roadmap and lifecycle management for all app development, from discovery and ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with market/customer needs and business objectives.
* Led a multidisciplinary product team, overseeing design, development, and marketing to find product-market fit, execute go-to-market strategies, and drive continuous product improvement.
* Championed our internal innovation hub, ThinkDo, that validated and tested new product ideas and enhanced org-wide capability uplift in design thinking, workshop facilitation, and product management principles.
* Directly managed the efficiency, profitability, and day-to-day operations and leadership of a 5 person creative team.

Orange Digital is a full-service, design-led creative agency with a focus on delivering impactful digital products and solutions. After years in service design, I joined the team with the aim of gaining more experience designing and managing the successful end-to-end delivery of digital products.

* Led the CX/UX/Innovation arm of the business: facilitating workshops, conducting user research, designing optimised customer journeys, measuring performance against KPIs, and driving change and stakeholder management
* Ensuring successful design and delivery of projects from internal innovation hub, ThinkDo
* Uncovering opportunities for new products and services to bring to market for our clients and internally
* Building a well-balanced innovation portfolio to drive new revenue streams to the business

Pragmatic Thinking is a behaviour and motivation strategy company delivering leadership training and business transformation services through large-scale cultural change programs. In my prior experience, I found that customer experience strategies did not always consider how to educate and motivate the wider workforce on implementing these strategies through strategic stakeholder and change management. This role gave me a clear understanding of the symbiotic relationship between customer and employee experience design and shaped me as a more well-rounded, systems-thinker and designer.

* Uncovered client pain points by understanding their current and desired state of the business 
* Managed the successful delivery of multiple projects from a program of work 
* Designed and facilitated contextual enquiries and workshops in-person and virtually to solve complex business problems using visual and interactive tools 
* Consolidated outputs from design research to present key themes insights to inform prototyping stage 
* Collaborated with graphic designers to create purposeful and visually appealing artefacts 
* Provided key project updates during Steering Committee meetings and flagging risks and proposed mitigation strategies

Scrunch is an influencer marketing platform and agency that connects brands with influencers to create impactful marketing campaigns. After a successful internship, I was asked to join Scrunch as an account manager to ensure all campaigns ran efficiently, on time, and on budget. This role was also the start of my interest in UX/UI and platform design and development.

* Managed implementation of influencer campaigns and ensuring KPIs are met within budget and delivered on time 
* Managed internal communications and stakeholder relationships with clients and influencers 
* Created detailed marketing strategy documents for clients and campaign briefs for influencers 
* Prepared post-campaign reports: evaluating performance against KPIs, analysing key insights, and providing recommendations for future activations 
* Presented proactive campaign ideas for clients to implement, including proposed budget and timeline
* Key accounts: Amazon, Tabcorp, Love to Dream USA, Oporto, Cobram Estate, Rescue Remedy (AU/NZ)

•	Planning, organising and executing a Hackathon-style event for Business, Economics, Law (BEL) stakeholders to design a capstone course for BEL students
	•	Developing a communications plan to surround the project's key messages
	•	Developing a GANTT chart timeline for the project's duration 
	•	 Communicating to key stakeholders within the UQ BEL Faculty 
	•	 Taking part in facilitation training for ideation events, hosted by UQ Ideas Hub

•	Welcoming first-year domestic and international students through cold-calling
•	Establishing trust and building rapport with students to assess and work towards individual goals
•	Developing skills in communication, active listening, emotional intelligence and problem solving
•	Using CRM software Oracle to access, manage, and update student information on the database
•	Handling private and confidential information with discretion as per the UQ Privacy Policy

Praised for my performance as a participant in the Melbourne program, I was asked to join the Austern team as a Program Leader in Hong Kong 2017. This role will broaden my skill set through improving communication, facilitation and leadership skills.

My responsibilities included:

• Conducting interviews with applicants and summarising outcome to send to co-owners
• Supervising, mentoring and facilitating company challenges for a group of up to 30 students
• Producing a workshop series on interview and resume writing skills
• Liaising with partner companies throughout the program

Cromwell College hires internally through offering the opportunity of Academic Mentor to high achieving students. The purpose of this program is to provide guidance, support and advice to struggling first years as well as exposing high achieving students to opportunities outside of university. 

My responsibilities included:

• Meeting with students within the BEL faculty fortnightly 
• Encouraging high achieving students to take on opportunities outside university through volunteer work and internships in their respective fields
• Supporting students with administrative issues such as deferring examinations, adding/dropping courses, changing degrees and more
• Reporting to College Principal on students' progression through fortnightly meetings
