As a Product Manager | Product Owner at Best Buy my purpose is to optimize capital investment in a technology product. I also work on product with product teams. I distill user demand, stakeholder needs, and development capacity into an iteratively improved product and expose the roadmap of how the investment in our products intend to deliver valuable work over time. 

I am responsible for my products P&L, the product business case and the strategic investment in technologies that impact all areas of operating income, top-line preservation & growth. 

I undertake in the creation of enterprise-wide product visions, and strategy about how our products deliver value to our customers. 

Working with a team of Product Managers, I strategize on our our collective KPIs, measurements and reporting on the performance of my products.

As Product Owner, I set the vision, strategy, and overall roadmap for a product line that brings meaningful value to the business. This includes:
• Collaboration with Senior Product Owner to understand and document product requirements. 
• Clearly and concisely articulating product requirements as epics and discrete, actionable user stories. 
• Working with Senior Product Owner to create the product roadmap, taking into account leadership initiatives, business needs, quantitative and qualitative data from customers, technical team needs, and your own research. 
• Working off the priority list of the product backlog and ensure there's a healthy queue of work. 
• Supporting the scrum team in their understanding of the product by acting as a support expert and representative of the business. 
• Articulating the "what" and "why" of product releases, while relying on and trusting the engineering teams to provide the "how." 
• Supporting QA in mapping and validating acceptance criteria to user stories. 
• Working within the budget created by the Senior Product Owner, and ensure the criteria is within the financial forecast. 
• Using concrete, measurable data points to measure performance against the financial forecast. 
• Collaborating and working with other Product Owners to support each other's product needs and roadmaps.

• Create products that will have the greatest impact on the company’s strategic vision and growth.
• Maintain constant communication with all stakeholders.
• Coordinate across organizational boundaries to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget in an agile environment.
• Lead product development efforts by gathering requirements, facilitating design, and creating solutions with the engineering staff.
• Work closely with developers to ensure requirements are understood.
• Attend applicable team meetings to provide context in backlog grooming and execution.
• Present product iterations to applicable stakeholders.
• Provide training on products for fellow DMM team members to ensure functionality and limitations are clearly understood.
• Track, interpret and prioritize product KPIs and customer feedback.
• Make data driven decisions on product direction.

• Responsible for the successful life-cycle of each game, during and after a game’s initial launch in conjunction with the Game Director.
• Accountable for all customer-facing initiatives that drive and ensure users return to Roadhouse’s games
• Act as the consumer-facing product champion and continually look for opportunity and innovation from a customer retention and monetization point of view.
• Develop strategic, actionable game marketing plans, with a specific emphasis on digital publishing strategy and games as a service.
• Develop game and feature forecasts, business models and roadmaps
• Identify and develop new revenue opportunities and effectively maximize programs to achieve this.
• Continually develop innovative solutions (using external tools and internal expertise) to consistently exceed revenue and KPI targets
• Define market requirements for each game, based on a deep understanding of the mobile game market, key customers, and competition
• Work with game developers and executives to identify key performance indicators to track and report
• Through internal analytics and external channels continuously monitor and report on the progress of the product, understanding the competition and advising how to continuously stay at the forefront
• Liaise and collaborate with all relevant cross functional teams to ensure game’s timely, cost effective and high quality delivery
• Collaborate with Development, Business Operations, BI, External agencies and support teams in order to ensure a great player experience that also monetizes and retains customers
•Work with developers to hypothesize, test, and monitor gameplay experiments (through A/B testing) on various user sets to ensure optimal game KPI’s

• Work with Development and Design teams to curate and launch products – this involves analyzing user data to develop recommendations and implement changes.
• Anticipate and react to new technology and user demand.
• Identify opportunities or flaws and make recommendations for changes, features, and products.
• Monitor key benchmarks, analytics, test results, ROI, and present in a meaningful way to management and stakeholders.
• Work with the product team to develop features for our web and mobile products, plan sprints, and prioritize features for future releases.
• Develop thorough understanding of our customer, product, competition, and market.
