Giving effective feedback

I work with the founders of a small startup to lead a team of artists and developers working to build an embodied social avatar platform. My typical often includes running research session, defining product roadmaps, exploring using flows, designing sitemaps and screens in figma and leading a team to execute on our vision.

I lead cross-functional efforts to explore, prototype and build new experimental features and experiences for video chat using augmented reality. My work included user research, establishing documentation, systems and processes, creating user flows, prototyping innovative AR experiences and directing both internal and external resources on the development of those experiences.

I concepted, designed and built world class Augmented Reality experiences for Messenger. I owned the content release strategy for all humor experiences which accounted for over 50% of our library. My work included research, data analysis, creating user flows, creating concepts and directing external resources to execute on those concepts.

I worked on the yelp internal creative agency team. We supported the rest of the company's teams with design resources. I owned several short and long term design projects from concept to execution, working with other yelp members as internal clients.
