Hey, thanks for stopping by 👋 I am a seasoned Product Advisor with 15+ years delivering digital products.
Much of my career has been spent in Product Management leadership roles. Mentoring others always came very naturally to me as I find it very rewarding. I really leaned into this by studying how I can support others.
I specialise in two areas of mentorship: career development and role competency.
In the career development space, I provide meaningful feedback to help you to achieve your ambitions. Talking points in this space include: career path, CV/portfolio review and managing upwards. Desired outcomes are giving you the confidence and positioning to take the next step in your career.
In the role competency space, the focus is more on the here and now. I help founders, product managers, designers, engineers (etc!) by giving actionable feedback that improves daily performance. Talking points in this space include: ways of working, time mgmt, problem solving, work/life balance and conflict resolution. Desired outcomes are optimising performance within your role.
Regardless of the area, I always strive to create a conversation that is analytical, tactful, energetic, empathetic and practical.
