About Constantin Finkbeiner
Product Design Team Lead at bet365
Hi, I'm Constantin. I've spent 13 years in product design, starting in Munich and now leading design at bet365 in Denver, where I joined as the company's first US design hire and built the team from zero. Along the way I've coached 30-40 designers 1-on-1 through a company-wide Figma transition, mentored designers at a fintech serving customers in 150+ countries, and hired and developed my own teams. I know what it takes to grow from junior to senior, to make the jump into leadership, and to move your career across countries, because I've done all three. I can help with design systems, portfolio and CV feedback, preparing for senior and lead roles, and navigating a move between the European and US markets. Happy to share what I've learned, including the mistakes.
