I've been a multidisciplinary Product Designer for 10 years: during the last 3 I built hands-on experience leading teams into delivering accessible, imaginative, customer-centric solutions.

In my role I regularly advocate for good design & documentation practices, ensure the visibility of UX across functions, create space for collaboration among stakeholders, and bridge the gap between customer and business needs.

I'm also a passionate researcher who enjoys mentoring designers to cultivate a more mindful, ethical and skilful design practice.
