OurCode.io is a people-centric initiative that empowers developers to share rationale and design decisions transparently for seamless collaboration and project continuity. OurCode bridges research and industry, focusing on value-driven features, continuous learning, and the importance of collaboration, communication, and written documentation to foster an inclusive culture and address real-world challenges in software development.

MuleSoft is the world's #1 Integration & API Management platform. In my last role, I collaborated closely with the General Manager of Integration and API Management to drive the company's success. This product area is neuralgic to the platform and is at the center of a massive wave of digital transformation projects serving some of the most well-known enterprises in the world. Working on projects that required a multi-functional approach, I focused on long-range planning and overall product strategy, product goal-setting revisions to prioritize connected journeys, and fostering a collaborative culture across all teams to align with our shared vision. Our team's vision, product strategy, and roadmap enabled MuleSoft to sustain its rapid growth despite the macroeconomic conditions. It was an exciting and rewarding experience to see our collective efforts come to fruition.

As a Senior Product Manager at MuleSoft, I drove the strategy and roadmap execution of Anypoint Studio, MuleSoft's IDE for integration and API development, while leading the Design Tools ecosystem responsible for the end-to-end app building and deployment experience. 

I transitioned to Product Management in mid-2020 and successfully led the release of multiple Studio versions on time, within scope, and with exceptional quality. These releases boosted the trust of our customers and increased developer productivity. I also took the lead on initiatives aimed at strengthening the relationship between our engineering team and our developer community, which resulted in increased engagement from developers. These initiatives also provided opportunities for our engineering team to enhance their communication and public speaking skills. 

I always prioritized team health and well-being by proactively implementing improvements.

I'm a Columnist for La Liga de la Ciencia, a scientific dissemination TV show broadcast by Argentine Public Television. As a leader of the Salesforce Women's Network Argentina Hub, I drove initiatives for women in tech and promoted diversity and inclusion. I was part of the initial cohort that established this program, and during my tenure, I worked alongside other passionate individuals to raise awareness, foster mentorship opportunities, and build a supportive community that championed equality for all.

I was also part of the inaugural cohort for the MuleSoft Diversity Council, where I played a key role in institutionalizing practices to support diversity and inclusion goals, working with the CEO and executive staff, and leading the implementation of key initiatives. It was humbling and empowering to work with such a passionate group, and I look forward to continuing to support diversity and inclusion initiatives in my future endeavors.

As a Technical Program Manager, I led the execution of the "Mule 4" initiative at MuleSoft, working closely with senior executives including our CPO. This initiative involved Mule Runtime, Anypoint Studio, and numerous small teams within the Design Tools ecosystem responsible for the end-to-end experience of building and deploying Mule apps. 

This initiative involved closing many functional gaps between Mule 4 and its predecessor, Mule 3, as well as addressing performance issues and customer dissatisfaction. Thanks to our efforts, we were able to deliver the best release in MuleSoft's history, which was recognized by senior leadership for its quality, stability, performance, and adoption. 

Additionally, I implemented cross-company initiatives that were identified as best practices by executive leadership, further demonstrating my ability to collaborate with high-level stakeholders.

As the first Product Manager at Flybondi.com, the first ultra-low-cost carrier in Argentina, I played a critical role in establishing the company's technological foundation and building a strong team to support ongoing growth and development. Working closely with the CTO, I led the development and implementation of the company's technological infrastructure, including the first Internet booking engine that improved the passenger experience from flight search to boarding. I focused on scaling our efforts to provide the best possible experience for passengers as the team grew. I collaborated closely with the commercial and marketing teams to identify growth opportunities, while also working with internal teams to identify software requirements. This collaboration resulted in the development of our own tools or the implementation and outsourcing of software products to meet those requirements.

Chicas en Tecnología is an Argentinian non-profit working since 2015 to reduce the gender gap in tech entrepreneurship across the region. Our programs are free and open to secondary-level adolescent girls, impacting +18,000 girls across LATAM.

I have been an integral part of Chicas en Tecnología since March 2017. I have led programs, built communities, and infused the organization with my DNA. It is often said that if CET were a person, it would be me. I now act as an advisor, focusing on maintaining and nurturing CET's core values and culture, ensuring our mission to empower young women in technology thrives and evolves.

While completing my master's at UCI, I worked as a Graduate Research Assistant at the Software Design and Collaboration Laboratory under the direction of André van der Hoek. I led a team in a project on crowdsourcing for software design through microtasks. Our work resulted in two papers and was presented at the International Conference on Software Engineering (ICSE) in 2016. I used a blend of qualitative and quantitative techniques to analyze experiment results. As a dual leader, I had the responsibility of both Team Lead and Account Regional Lead. As the Team Lead, I managed the coordination of Quality Control activities for a cross-product project, and also collaborated on technical tasks. Working closely with Product Management, I provided valuable input for product decisions. In my capacity as Account Regional Lead, I oversaw all Quality Control teams for a ~10-person account, including planning, resource allocation, provisioning, problem-solving, and execution.

I led the Quality Control efforts for the Entropy software development project for BSI - the largest fixed-price project in the company's portfolio. In this capacity, I managed a team of nine individuals who were part of a larger, decentralized team of approximately 60 developers. Throughout the project, I oversaw the end-to-end quality control process, including team management, issue and feature prioritization, and release management. Additionally, I was responsible for user acceptance testing and maintained weekly interactions with customers and users.

I joined Globant to contribute as a Quality Control Analyst for the Star Wars game launch for Electronic Arts, working in an agile and decentralized environment.

After graduation, I pursued leadership development and international experience at RightSize in Manila, Philippines. As the first member of the QA team, I established quality control processes to ensure top-notch delivery for clients.
