I am a research leader and strategist passionate about turning complex problems into clear, actionable insights. With experience leading research at Thumbtack and Good Eggs, I specialize in mixed methods research that uncovers user behaviors and attitudes, helping organizations make informed, user-centered decisions.

I have built and scaled research functions, developed roadmaps that align with business priorities, and established best practices for integrating research into product and design workflows. My expertise lies in partnering with cross-functional teams—product managers, designers, engineers, and marketers—to ensure research drives meaningful impact, from early discovery to product launch. I have a particular interest in generative research for 0-1 products and marketplaces.
